How Soon Will My Order Ship?
Most times you will have a tracking number within 12 hours of completing your purchase, but please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

How Long Until An Order Arrives?
All orders ship with UPS ground. Since we’re located in Linesville Pennsylvania orders destined to the eastern time zone typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days after tracking is added. Moving farther west into central and mountain time zones you can expect delivery in about 3 to 4 days. Pacific is normally around 5 days.

Local Pickup:
Any length up to 8-feet. Make sure to mention desired lengths of each stock size in the comment section during checkout. The cost for local pickup is $5. Once you have placed and order we can arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Structure:
We’ll package up to 50lbs per package. Carriers will accept more than this, but it’s heavy, expensive and dangerous for the delivery folks.

Can You Use My Shipping Account?
No we can not. It’s possible that we could, but we won’t. Just another can of worms…

How Long Do I Have To Make a Return?
We will accept returns up to 30 days after the order was placed. Even if it takes a day for processing and a few more for delivery. We can only accept returns for 30 days from the day the order was placed.

Who Pays Return Shipping?
That depends on why the return is being made. If for some reason what you received is significantly not as described then we will pay to return your order to our location. If you are returning because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping.

Is There a Restocking Fee?
If we made a mistake and paid to return your order to our location there should be no restocking fee. Otherwise a restocking fee of 5% will be applied. A restock fee goes to cover some loss due to our cost of electricity, tool wear, shipping material, fuel, card processing, re-sorting, re-inventorying and more related to preparing the material and then restocking the material.

Will Original Shipping Be Refunded?
If your order was significantly not as described, and we paid return shipping charges, we will also refund your initial shipping charges.
