We discovered that many bladesmiths were looking for the same thing we were: high-quality 6150 spring steel that was both affordable and reliable. 6150 is known for being easy to work and straightforward to heat treat, making it an excellent choice for knives and swords. We decided to focus on supplying that material to makers who value quality without unnecessary cost.

Where We’re Located
We are based in Linesville, Pennsylvania, in the quiet northwestern corner of the state. It’s a peaceful area known for its lakes and outdoor spaces. One of our local landmarks is the spillway at Pymatuning Lake, famous for the unusual sight of ducks walking on the fish.
